Curry Chicken Breast Sandwich-ou Bao Good Companion
1.
To prepare the ingredients, I used Tyson’s chicken tenderloin, which is very small, so there are a few more pieces and it feels more tender.
2.
Put enough water in the pot, boil it with onions, black peppercorns, and white wine. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 15 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken breast, I cook it in less than ten minutes. It’s too old. Delicious~)
3.
Drain the cooked chicken breast and let it cool, then tear it into thin strips. Wash the vegetables and drain them. If the lettuce is clean, you can tear it into bite-size pieces.
4.
Shred the onion in the seasoning, soak it in the mixed salt water for a while, and then squeeze out the water~ This step is simply to open up a new world for students like me who don’t like raw onions~ After soaking The onions are not rushed at all, sweet! It's amazing
5.
Put shredded chicken breast and shredded onion in the bowl, then add the other ingredients in the seasoning and mix well... I reduced the amount of mayonnaise a bit~
6.
Heat the bread~oven, pan or toaster~
7.
Put vegetables on the bread, then put the mixed chicken breasts, and cover with another piece of bag~ and then you are ready to go!
8.
This is a huge baguette. I cut it in half and wrapped it in plastic wrap. It will be served once in the morning and another at noon!
Tips:
Except for the mayonnaise, the whole feeling is super low-fat and healthy, you can also use low-fat mayonnaise instead~ and it's really delicious~ students who like the taste of curry must try it! It feels good to eat directly as a salad after mixing it!
