Curry Chicken Feet

Use kitchen scissors to cut off the nails of the chicken feet.

Wash chicken feet, curry, scallion ginger and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the water and blanch the chicken feet. Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add scallion white, and ginger until fragrant.

Add the chicken feet and stir fry together.

Add cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, salt, soft sugar and water.

After the high heat is boiled, turn on the medium and small heat and cook until the chopsticks can easily be inserted into the chicken feet.

Add the curry, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, turn on high heat and cook until the curry is thick.
Tips:
Because the wheat flour contained in the curry block will thicken when it is boiled, it is easy to dissolve incompletely. So simmer for 5 minutes first, so that the curry will dissolve more easily.
