Curry Chicken Rice

Large collection of raw materials

Cut the shallots into small cubes

Peel the carrots and cut into dice-sized dices

Peel the potatoes and cut them into dice-sized dices

Wash the chicken breast and cut into cubes. It should be slightly larger than the vegetables, because it will shrink after heating.

Heat up the wok, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add the diced chicken and stir fry over high heat

Stir-fry until the color turns white and reach about 7 mature, serve and set aside

Pour oil in the pan again, add diced green onions, stir fry, and fry the aroma

Add diced carrots

Add the diced potatoes and continue to fry for a few minutes

Add water to submerge the ingredients, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft

Add the fried chicken and green beans, stir evenly, cook for 2~3 minutes after boiling, then turn off the heat

Put in the crushed curry cubes and stir to make the curry cubes melt fully, taste the saltiness, if you feel weak, you can add more salt.
Note: After adding the curry cubes, be sure to turn off the heat, otherwise it will tend to clump

As shown in the picture, the mixed curry should be thin and moderately thick. If it is too thick, add some boiling water. If it is too thin, let it boil for a while and it will be OK.

Slightly compact a bowl of rice, buckle it on the plate, and add an appropriate amount of curry to make a delicious and simple curry.
For the sake of beauty, a few black sesame seeds are dotted on the rice. If you don’t have it, you don’t need to add it.
Tips:
1. The onions and potatoes in the raw materials are indispensable. The meat can be beef, pork, etc., and seafood can also be added;
2. Be sure to turn off the heat and stir after adding the curry cubes.
