Curry Chicken Rice

I added some salt and pepper to fry the chicken first. If it is troublesome, you can just blanch it for later use.
ps: You can choose any part of the chicken body according to your own taste, if you like to eat chicken butt.

All the garnishes are ready. Cut carrots and potatoes into the same size pieces, slice onions and green peppers, and cut broccoli into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot, sauté dried chilies, green onions, ginger and garlic

Add chicken and stir-fry, sprinkle half a teaspoon of white pepper, then add potatoes, carrots, and onions, stir-fry for a while

Add appropriate amount of water, the amount of water is about two-thirds of the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer for a while

About ten minutes, the potatoes and carrots are soft, add green pepper

Melt the curry cubes with a little warm water, add in, stir fry, and the soup will thicken. Because there is enough salt in the curry cubes, try to see if the salt is suitable before starting the pot.
