Curry Chicken Stew with Rice

1. Blanch chicken breasts, pick up and wash off the foam after changing color;

2. Tear into chicken shreds for use;

3. Other ingredients: diced onion and carrot, a little peas;

4. Stir-fry the onions first;

5. Stir-fry until visibly discolored and shrunk;

6. Pour in diced carrots, peas, and shredded chicken;

7. Add curry powder, salt, fish sauce and other seasonings;

8. Add rice

9. Stir evenly;

10. Pour the fried rice into the rice cooker and add coconut milk;

11. Add water to soak the rice;

12. Start the cooking process and finish.
