After cleaning the shell, peel it to remove the crab gills

Sauté scallion, ginger, garlic in a frying pan

Add onions and saute until fragrant

Tips:
1. There are many flavors of curry cubes. The one I used today is still spicy, but I have tasted it and found that it is not spicy at all!
2. The final salt and sugar are also adjusted according to your own preferences!
