This [Curry Diced Potatoes] method uses two tips. The first is to cook the main ingredients in a microwave oven, which is convenient for the subsequent rapid baking; the second is to add some flour when making the curry. The curry sauce made is thick and delicious.

Curry Diced Potatoes

1. Wash potatoes and carrots

2. Cut it into slightly larger dices

3. Then put it in a food bag, put it in the microwave, and keep on high heat for 5 minutes

4. Put the slightly cooked diced potatoes and carrots on a plate and set aside

5. Heat oil, add onion diced and saute until fragrant

6. Put in the red curry paste

7. Stir evenly over low heat

8. Add a little flour and stir well

9. Add water and bring to a boil

10. Add diced potatoes and carrots

11. Cook on low heat for 1 minute, add salt to taste

12. Continue to cook until the sauce is sticky, then turn off the heat

13. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. It is not necessary to add carrots.
2. I use red curry, but other brands of curry are fine.
3. After adding the flour and water to a boil, use a low heat and stir at the same time to avoid muddy bottom.
