Curry Diced Potatoes

Wash potatoes and carrots

Cut it into slightly larger dices

Then put it in a food bag, put it in the microwave, and keep on high heat for 5 minutes

Put the slightly cooked diced potatoes and carrots on a plate and set aside

Heat oil, add onion diced and saute until fragrant

Put in the red curry paste

Stir evenly over low heat

Add a little flour and stir well

Add water and bring to a boil

Add diced potatoes and carrots

Cook on low heat for 1 minute, add salt to taste

Continue to cook until the sauce is sticky, then turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
Tips:
1. It is not necessary to add carrots.
2. I use red curry, but other brands of curry are fine.
3. After adding the flour and water to a boil, use a low heat and stir at the same time to avoid muddy bottom.
