Curry Double Strips

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into strips.
3.
Start the frying pan, and put the pleurotus eryngii into the pan with oil.
4.
Put the potatoes in the pot and serve after the oil.

Raise the frying pan again, put the onion into the pot and stir fragrant.

Stir fry with curry cubes.

Stir-fry the curry cubes, add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry to thicken.

Pleurotus eryngii and potatoes are fried in a pot after being oiled.

Stir-fry with salt.
10.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. This dish is mainly curry fragrant, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. The curry block has a strong taste and contains salt. Therefore, add less salt.
