Curry Egg Fried Rice

Let’s talk about potatoes, carrots, peeled and chopped, scallions, chopped and prepared, beat 2 eggs into a bowl, stir, soak the shrimp in water to prepare, chop the potatoes and wash them with water

Pour the scrambled eggs and scoop them up.

If the leftover oil of the scrambled eggs is not enough, add a little more. After heating the oil, sprinkle with curry powder and stir fry

Then add the potatoes, stir fry for a few minutes, then pour the carrots

Stir-fry potatoes and carrots. Add rice and eggs until they are evenly colored. Then add shrimp and salt. Finally, add green onions when the pan is about to rise.
Tips:
After the potatoes are washed with water, be careful to shake the water dry, otherwise the oil will splash when poured into the pot.
