The curry pan-fried pork belly is really super fragrant and delicious. The marinade is also very simple. It is only marinated with some simple ingredients such as curry powder, then mixed with sesame seeds, fried in a small amount until it is charred, and can be eaten with a little honey. Like Korean barbecue, I’m too lazy to turn on the oven. I just use a non-stick pan to fry. The effect is the same. If you’re out for barbecue, you can also use curry powder to marinate the meat and grill it over charcoal fire. There will definitely be someone rushing to eat it.
