Curry Fried Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and soak them in clean water for a while.

Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat it to 60% heat, dry the potato pieces, pour in and fry for two minutes, remove, re-fry once, control the oil and set aside.

A piece of curry, a bowl of water, a little salt, a little pepper, and boil until thick.

Pour in the potato wedges and mix well.
5.
Cook the lettuce and serve with potatoes.
