I have posted a lot of DIY delicacies about rice before.
Let’s have this curry version today,
I always don’t know how to cook rice, and I have leftovers when I cook it.
The leftovers will be processed the next day.

This fried rice is based on my previous practice of egg fried rice with curry powder added.
It has a very different taste, the curry aroma is strong,
I prefer to put cucumber diced in fried rice,
