Curry Fried Rice
1.
Rice overnight (I put it in the refrigerator to chill).
2.
Finely chop green onion and ginger, clean and dice potatoes and plums.
3.
Scallops (seafood, which is more nutritious, so I add a few grains every time I fry rice), wash it a bit, then dry it, heat the oil, and stir-fry the ginger slices together to remove the smell.
4.
Curry, I bought it in the supermarket, it’s a good waiter, I only used half of the curry for a person’s appetite.
5.
Heat the pan, put scallops, potatoes, plums, and scallops, stir fry for a while, then add rice, stir fry the curry evenly, and finally sprinkle the chopped green onions to finish. 😊
Tips:
Plums are added because of a whim, and like to eat hot and sour things, so in fact, the role of plums is equivalent to vinegar. 😛
If you don’t like sour food, you can leave the plum and stir fry with curry. The one you like is the best.
