Curry Fried Rice

Wash and dice carrots

The curry paste is available in supermarkets, I choose slightly spicy

After the oil is hot, put the curry paste in this way and it will melt faster

Pour the carrots

Pour in the fried rice and stir it is a bit dark, please ignore

Pour the egg on top of the rice and wait for a while and then stir fry so that the egg can wrap each grain of rice and make it more fragrant

Add salt chicken bouillon to get out of the pot. You can also add diced onion and ham sausage to it to taste better.
Tips:
After the oil is hot, you can put the diced curry first, but the time to melt is very slow. Be sure to use a non-stick pan so that it will not stick to the pan.
