Curry Fried Rice

Put the oil in the pan, add a spoonful of curry powder when the oil is hot, and stir-fry evenly

Add the cleaned and diced onions and stir up the fragrance

Then pour in the carrots, potato and chopped sausages and stir-fry until cooked

Then add the rice and stir fry until the rice is loose

Add a little salt, freshly ground black pepper and stir-fry well, sprinkle with chopped green onions when out of the pan

Serve it, let's eat
Tips:
Personally, I think it’s good to put potatoes in fried rice, just steam the potatoes first, peel and dice them
