Curry is always available at home. When the ingredients are insufficient, as long as there is curry and leftovers, you can make a quick meal at any time

Ingredients

Curry Fried Rice

1. The prepared ingredients, the rice was not photographed

2. Put oil in the pan, add chicken thighs after the oil is hot (deboning and dice the chicken thighs)

3. Stir-fry until 2 sides are browned, serve and set aside

4. With the help of the oil in the bottom of the pot, put the sliced shallots

5. When the shallots are browned, add the rice

6. After the rice is stir-fried, add the chicken thighs

7. After stir-frying, add curry powder and stir fry

8. When the curry is stir-fried evenly, you can get it out of the pan

Tips:

The chicken thighs should be fried until fully cooked, and the rice should be fried for about 3 minutes after adding the curry powder
