Curry Fried Rice

1 bowl of rice, luncheon meat, 2 slices of egg, 1 shiitake mushroom, 4 curry powder, 3 tablespoons of chopped green onion

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance and dice for later use.

Chop the chives and set aside.

Cut the luncheon meat into thick slices, about 1 cm.

Beat the eggs.

Mix the diced mushrooms, egg mixture and rice well to make sure that each grain of rice is covered by the egg mixture, so that the fried rice is distinct.

Heat the oil to 50% heat, pour in the mixed rice, and stir fry quickly.

Sprinkle in curry powder and stir-fry well.

Add sugar, salt, and chopped green onion and stir well.

Stir-fry it out of the pot and put it in a lunch box for later use.

Pour oil into the pan to heat, about 50% of the hot nowadays luncheon meat, fry on slow fire.

Fry until golden on both sides.
