Curry Mashed Potatoes

Prepare all materials

Wash the potatoes first, cut into quarters, and steam them in a steamer

Peel the steamed potatoes and mash them with a spoon.

Add salt, black pepper and evaporated milk to the pressed mashed potatoes, stir well and set aside

Using a mold, press the mashed potatoes into a shape.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot to boil, add the curry cubes, when it is completely melted, turn the heat to a low heat and cook for 5 minutes
7.
Just pour the curry sauce on the mashed potatoes.
Tips:
The potatoes must be steamed thoroughly before being removed and pressed into a puree. The mold pattern can be made according to personal preference.
