Curry Mushroom Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken breast boneless

Cut into small dices

Put some cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, starch and a little salad oil in a bowl, mix well and marinate for a while

Boil mixed vegetables and spare

Wash and cut white mushrooms

Start the frying pan, add the diced mushrooms and stir fry

Then add the diced chicken and fry until it changes color

Add a small amount of water and curry cubes to the pot and cook until the curry melts

Pour in the fried mushrooms and chicken, stir fry well

Add leftovers

Tips:
I don’t add salt to my rice, so don’t add too much water to make curry. If you want to eat dry rice, just fry it for a while. If it’s hot rice, just make it as a rice bowl.
