The chicken breast has very low fat content. I used it with white mushrooms and added some curry, and it was fried together! The leftover rice last night, I will fry them together for lunch today, a quick workday lunch!

Curry Mushroom Chicken Fried Rice

1. Chicken breast boneless

2. Cut into small dices

3. Put some cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, starch and a little salad oil in a bowl, mix well and marinate for a while

4. Boil mixed vegetables and spare

5. Wash and cut white mushrooms

6. Start the frying pan, add the diced mushrooms and stir fry

7. Then add the diced chicken and fry until it changes color

8. Add a small amount of water and curry cubes to the pot and cook until the curry melts

9. Pour in the fried mushrooms and chicken, stir fry well

10. Add leftovers

11. Stir fry evenly

12. Finally, add the mixed vegetables and stir well.

Tips:

I don’t add salt to my rice, so don’t add too much water to make curry. If you want to eat dry rice, just fry it for a while. If it’s hot rice, just make it as a rice bowl.
