Tips:
Because I use leftover rice, so I use this method, put the rice into the curry chicken juice to soften the rice, if you use fresh hot rice, just pour the curry chicken Just put it on the rice, it's the topping! In addition, I didn’t add salt to the rice, so I can adjust it after tasting it myself.
