Curry Pasta

Dice potatoes, carrots, and green peppers. The curry cubes are set aside.

Dice the tenderloin, add cooking wine, salt, and starch, mix well and marinate.

Tips:
You don’t need to add diced pork, or you can replace it with chicken or beef. Marinate with starch, salt, and cooking wine for a while to remove the fishy, and the meat will be tender and tasty after being fried. The other kinds of Ding can be matched at will.
