I like curry. In addition to cooking, I sometimes use it to make pasta. This shortbread has a very special taste because of the addition of curry powder. You can try it if you like curry.

Curry Pastry Sesame Cake

1. Mix the flour with warm water and knead it thoroughly into a slightly softer dough.

2. Add curry powder with cooking oil, salt, and flour to make shortbread for later use.

3. Divide the dough into three small pieces. Roll out into big dough respectively.

4. Spread curry pastry.

5. Roll up from one end.

6. Cut into small pieces; pinch both ends.

7. Twist a few times.

8. Press into a round cake shape and roll out one by one into slightly larger round cake embryos, sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

9. Spread a layer of oil in the pan, put in the dough; fry until browned on both sides.

10. Cut the fried shortbread into pieces and serve on a plate.

Tips:

1. The pastry must be adjusted well.
2. The taste of pastry is determined by personal preference, it can be salty or sweet.
3. Slowly fry the shortbread cookies over low heat and delicious.
