Curry Pork and Potato Chips

Peel the potatoes, cut into strips, and rinse in clean water.

Put salt in the shredded pork and marinate in cooking wine for about 15 minutes. (After 15 minutes, put edible oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded pork at high oil temperature until the color changes)

Put edible oil in the pot and stir-fry the potato strips when the oil temperature is high.

Put the shredded pork in and stir fry together.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir-fry the curry powder evenly.

The soup is about to dry out.
Tips:
Put salt in the shredded pork and marinate it for about 15 minutes with cooking wine. The shredded pork will be very tender.
