In the winter in the Northeast, hot pot is a must-eat in every restaurant. Even the price of green vegetables for shabu-shabu has risen ridiculously. A bunch of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum is more than 9 yuan, which shows the popularity of hot pot.
In recent years, hot pot restaurants outside have begun to have various soup bases like mushroom soup, tomatoes, curry, etc., just like the big cities. However, the flavoring agent in the hot pot restaurant is too strong, and the fragrance makes you doubt your own. Taste.
I am very happy, this time I got the Knorr Thick Soup Pork Bone Flavor Soup Po provided by Gourmet Jie. I have used it to make various soups before, which is convenient, fast and delicious. This time I made the hot pot soup base as required, and combined it with curry to make a curry hot pot.
The mellowness of the pork bones, the richness of the curry, and the spicyness of the curry powder combine to create a super delicious curry soup base. Can you make such a soup base at home, do you have to go to a hot pot restaurant?
