Curry Pork Chop Rice

Cut the onion, carrot, and potato into pieces.

The onions are fragrant in a frying pan.

Add carrots and potatoes and stir well.

Pour boiling water over the ingredients.

Add the curry cubes, stir well and bring to a boil.

Simmer on low heat until the curry thickens.

Use the back of a knife to pat the pork tenderloin fibers.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

The pork chops are sequentially coated with cornstarch, egg liquid and breadcrumbs.

Fry in a 160-degree oil pan until golden brown and set.

Re-fry until the pork chops are browned and crispy.
12.
Remove, absorb oil, cut into pieces and place on the rice.

Just top it with curry.
