Today I will share with you this curry potato sirloin. This dish is my husband’s favorite, not one of them. In fact, the motivation to cook a dish with your heart is purely because you like it. (Haha, does this count as a confession to your husband?) Let's share the steps below.

Curry Potato Beef Brisket

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Beef brisket cut into small pieces

3. Pour cold water into the pot, add a little salt and cooking wine, boil for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.

4. Rinse the foam with running water, drain the water and set aside.

5. Pour the oil in a hot pan, add garlic, and fry for a fragrance.

6. Pour the sirloin, stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes, add the cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry evenly.

7. Add two large bowls of water and cook for about 30 minutes on medium and low heat (you can press a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes if time is too late).

8. During this time, potatoes and carrots can be prepared and peeled

11. Pour in potatoes and carrots, stir fry, and serve.

12. After the sirloin has been boiled for 30 minutes, add the fried potatoes and carrots and continue to cook for about 15 minutes.

13. When the potatoes and carrots are tender, add curry and stir-fry evenly.

14. Add sugar, salt and fish sauce to taste.

15. Finally, the fire can be harvested.

16. Pour out the pan.

Tips:

1. When cooking sirloin, remove the fishy with cooking wine. Salt can prevent the sirloin from being deformed. 2. Carrots and potatoes are fried in oil first, the skin is slightly tightened, and the shape can be better maintained when they are cooked.
