Curry Potato Chicken

Wash the chicken breast and cut into chunks. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, a teaspoon of salt, and a little cornstarch to marinate for 15 minutes.

Blanch broccoli for later use

Dice potatoes, about the size of chicken nuggets. Remember to cut it and put it in the water to remove the starch. (I used two palms the size of my hand, four people eat a lot, one palm

Dice carrots (cut more if you like, I don’t like cooked carrots, so I cut half a root just for color matching)

Heat the oil pan, fry the potatoes first, then add the carrots and stir fry the potatoes.

Add enough water to the fried potatoes and carrots, add curry paste

The potatoes are slightly rotten. Pour the fried chicken breasts into the pot and continue cooking.

Add blanched broccoli before cooking, sprinkle a little black pepper and you're done ✌️
