Curry Potato Mantis Shrimp

1. Ingredients: potatoes, mantis shrimp

2. Sliced ginger, green onion, curry cubes

3. Cut off the tail and the spines on both sides and the head of the mantis shrimp.

4. Cut it with scissors and set aside.

5. Wash the potatoes and peel them.

6. Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.
