Curry Potato Stew with Chinese Cabbage

Prepare materials, cut Chinese cabbage into sections, cut potatoes into cubes, and slice beef balls.

Add oil in a hot pan, pour in the minced garlic until fragrant, then pour in potato diced and stir fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of water, pour beef balls and curry cubes.

When the curry cubes have melted, add the Chinese cabbage and simmer for 15 minutes.
