Slightly spicy curry with a hint of coconut milk fragrance, a very good meal. It's so delicious that you can't stop it, remember to cook more rice!

Curry Potatoes

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, and chop dried peppers

2. Fan the ginger and garlic with oil in a hot pan

3. Curry paste

4. Add a small amount of hot water to melt the curry paste

5. Pour in coconut milk

6. Bring the sauce in the pot to a boil

7. Put the potatoes to open, put the salt
