Curry Potatoes

Main and auxiliary ingredients: potatoes, curry powder, green onions

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Put in curry powder

Saute the curry powder over low heat until fragrant

Add the potato pieces and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water, boil, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes

When simmered until 8 minutes cooked, add salt to taste

Stew until the potatoes are cooked through, then turn off the heat

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
When frying curry powder, you must use a low fire to prevent it from being burnt and fry it out of flavor.
