There are many choices of potatoes in curry-flavored dishes. The biggest feature of today's curry potatoes is curry powder instead of curry paste. Curry powder has less fat than curry paste, it tastes healthier and tastes good.
Because curry is a condiment with a comprehensive taste and has a special taste, not everyone likes it. Many people are not used to the taste of curry. In fact, if you get used to it, curry-flavored dishes are still very attractive.

Curry Potatoes

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: potatoes, curry powder, green onions

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

4. Put in curry powder

5. Saute the curry powder over low heat until fragrant

6. Add the potato pieces and stir-fry evenly
