Curry Potatoes

Peel and dice large potatoes. Soak in water to wash off the starch.

, Boil a pot under water, add salt and cook for three minutes.

Put rapeseed oil in the pot. Blow up slowly with a small fire.

Fire again on medium fire.

Fry the potatoes to soften

Pour chicken broth and curry powder in the pot.

Boil it very thick. Stir gently.
8.
Finally, put the potatoes on a plate and drizzle with this curry sauce.
Tips:
Don't put other seasonings in this dish, keep it original.
