Curry Potatoes

1. Wash the onion and cut it into pieces.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into hobs.

3. Heat olive oil in the wok, and stir fragrant onions in the wok.

4. Add curry powder and stir fry.

5. Stir the potatoes in the pot.

6. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer, turning it in due course.

Tips:
