Curry Potatoes
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Fry in the oil pan until the surface is golden yellow and remove it.

Remove seeds and cut green peppers into slices.

Leave some oil on the bottom of the fried potatoes, pour out the rest, heat and stir fragrant green peppers.
