Curry Potatoes and Cauliflower

Break the organic cauliflower into small flowers, and peel the potatoes and carrots.

Cut carrots and potatoes into hob pieces.
4.
Shred the onion.
5.
Add oil to the wok and sauté the shredded onion.
6.
Add the cut carrots, potatoes and a small amount of water and fry until 80% cooked.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry together.
8.
When it comes out of the pan, add the curry cubes, a little salt and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. It is best to use curry powder for this dish. There is no curry powder at home and use curry cubes instead.
2. Cauliflower does not need to be blanched, it tastes slightly crispy.
3. The amount of water in the wok should not be too much, just enough to melt the curry cubes.
4. Don't use too much salt, the curry cubes have a taste.
