Organic Cauliflower Fried Pork

Pour oil into the pan, add the pork and stir fry, while adding green onions, ginger, and garlic.

Add salt, cooking wine, and dark soy sauce, fry until the color changes, and take it out of the pan.

Pour oil in the pot, add organic cauliflower and stir fry.

Add salt and light soy sauce, stir fry, add some water and simmer for a few minutes.

Then pour in the fried meat and stir well.

Pour some oyster sauce and mix well. Collect the juice over high heat.
Tips:
1. Organic cauliflower can also be boiled in water for 2 minutes in advance to maintain a crispy texture, and then stir-fry.
2. If you like crispy, simmer for a while, if you like soft, cook for a while.
