Curry Rice
1.
Carrots, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, 2 small (or large one)
2.
A piece of chicken breast
3.
The 2 I bought is suitable for children
4.
Cut all
5.
Dice the chicken breasts
6.
Stir-fry the chicken breasts in a hot pan with oil (you can see the blood inside when they are whitish), and then add onions and carrots.
7.
You don’t need to fry, just turn off the heat when the onion aroma comes out. (Why don't you put potatoes in the stir-fry here, explain that carrots are much harder than potatoes. When carrots become stuffy, potatoes will become stuffy. So we don't add potatoes here.)
8.
Pour into the soup pot.
9.
Add water, (I don’t know how much water should be added, just use a 1500 large bottle of C'estbon, add one and a half bottles of water.) Then turn on the high heat and cover the lid. After the water is boiled, turn on the low heat for 15 minutes, and then it can be imported. The potatoes are stuffed together for 45 minutes. (Special reminder: You must use a spoon to stir a few times in the middle, otherwise you are afraid that the ingredients will be raw.)
10.
Pour the curry cubes and stir clockwise with a spoon until the curry cubes melt. (I poured a box and a half of curry cubes, because I think the curry soup is good for the meal, I added a small bowl of water on the way to the stuffy, and you can add a box and a half of curry cubes if you like the strong flavor.) Then taste the taste , Add some salt, and add it until you think it fits.

This is also a small secret. Many people feel that the curry soup they make is not as thick as KFC at all, that is, the subsequent addition of starch. Add a little water to two spoons to thicken it. Pour the small powdered water that thickens and stir it slowly with a spoon. Remember to keep it on a low heat.
12.
The whole family liked the finished product, and Dabao ate two plates.
Tips:
The potatoes must be added after 15 minutes of boring, and when adding curry cubes and small powdered water later, be sure to stir with a spoon on low heat. If you want to heat it up the next day, stir it on medium heat until it is hot. Don't cover the lid and let it heat by itself. It will be 100% mushy.
