Curry Seaweed Pork Crisp

Remove the albuginea from the tenderloin, rinse with clean water, and then cut into long strips

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add green onion and ginger slices.

I like curry flavor, so I added a little curry powder in. You can also add five-spice powder or chili powder. If it is for the baby, the taste should be lighter. Don't add curry powder or chili powder, and add less or no salt.

Here are a few words, there are very few bread machines with meat floss function on the market, so most of them are made with the jam function of the bread machine. After I bought the second bread machine, I realized that the jam function of each brand is not the same. Here only my bread machine program prevails. You can adjust it according to the performance of your own bread machine.

After starting, the bread machine rotates and stirs at high speed first, and then starts to heat and continues to stir after a while. This is completely different from the working procedure of my previous bread machine, which used to heat first and then stir at low speed.

The second jam program can be started for 30 minutes. If the time is too long, the texture of the floss will be too dry, and it may even be burnt. Everyone should pay attention when operating their own bread maker. I used to batter a pot when I first made pork floss~~~ I feel sorry for my two tenderloins~~

Quickly spread the meat pastry on a baking sheet lined with greased paper or tin foil, and spread it as large as possible to let the heat evaporate. When it is completely cool, you can pack the meat in a sealed bag. Because it doesn't use antiseptic or desiccant, it should be sealed and stored in the refrigerator at ordinary times. Try to finish it as soon as possible.
Tips:
Two long words:
1. About the brand of bread machine. Because the brands I have used are limited, it is not recommended. My previous bread machine was from Bai Cui Tu Hao Jin, and the newly bought bread machine was from the ACA era.
2. There is still a big difference between pork floss and pork crisp. Pork floss is more suitable for adults and has a certain biting strength. The meat crisp is suitable for the baby as a supplementary food, and it is easy to swallow when mixed in the rice porridge. If the baby eats it, just make the original flavor, or you can add some seaweed in it like I did. In addition, fish meat crisps and beef susu can also do this, but the jam time of fish meat crisps should be shortened, and the beef should be extended appropriately. You must adjust flexibly according to your own machines and ingredients.
3. Fish sauce is used to enhance the flavor, and it is also the main raw material for the pork shop. I use imported from Vietnam. If it is not, it can be ignored, but the taste is not authentic.
4. What if you use the same bread machine as me and want to make thread-like pork floss? It's very simple. After the jam function, isn't there a function of fried dry goods? Just choose it, and the high-speed stirring step can be omitted.
