Curry Squid Rings

The squid should be cleaned and cut into circles, and the squid should be refrigerated;

Mix one tablespoon of curry powder, two tablespoons of flour, and an appropriate amount of salt in a plastic bag, then put in the cut squid rings, shake to make the squid rings covered with the mixed powder

Heat oil in the pan and turn to medium heat. Add the powdered squid rings to fry. After one side is fried, turn it over and fry the other side; after both sides are fried, put out the pan and serve.
