Curry Vermicelli Shrimp

Main ingredients: fresh shrimp peeled shrimp, mung bean vermicelli, small rape, minced meat, green onion, ginger and garlic, curry powder.

Soak the vermicelli with warm water to soften

Open the back of the peeled shrimps to remove the shrimp threads, add a little cooking wine, a little pepper, and 1/3 teaspoon starch to pick up and marinate for a few minutes

The marinated shrimps are put in 50% to 60% of the hot oil and cooked and served for later use.

Fry the scallion, ginger, garlic, and curry powder with the remaining oil of the prawns.

Add the minced meat after sautéing the aroma.

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little sugar and stir well.

After stir-frying, add the vermicelli and green vegetables with controlled dry water and stir well over high heat.

Stir-fry and add shrimps and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce.
10.
Stir on medium heat until the vermicelli is slightly dry, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
The vermicelli can be soaked softly. If the soak is too soft, it will stick to the pan, and it will not be dry after being fried.
