Curry Wet Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients, cut onions, cabbage sticks, and carrots into pellets

Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the onion diced

Add minced pork and shrimp and fry until white

Add corn, choy sum, carrots and seasonings, add half a bowl of water, and bring to a boil

Stir fry with white rice

Tips:
Don't stir fry too dry, or you can't call it wet stir fry.
