I love shrimp, potatoes, curry, so I have this dish.

Curry White Shrimp

1. Go to the gut and wash off the back of the white shrimp.

2. Wash the asparagus, ginger, onion, potatoes, and carrots, cut and set aside.

3. After heating, put an appropriate amount of edible oil on low heat until it is 80% hot.

4. Add sliced ginger and sauté until fragrant.

5. Turn to low heat and add curry powder.

6. After the curry powder has melted, add onions and saute until fragrant.

7. Then add the sliced carrots and potato pieces, and let heat for five minutes.

8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are cooked but still relatively hard.

9. Put the white shrimp and asparagus in the pot and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes.

10. A pot of delicious curry white prawns was born like this.
