Custard Bun

The main ingredient is custard wrapper. Sugar and water are mixed together to form sugar water. Cool to almost body temperature. Mix all the flour and yeast evenly and mix with sugar water. After kneading, add lard or white oil and knead until smooth. This picture shows the dough that is fermented and ready to be packaged.

The ingredients are made of custard filling. Stir the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir the rest of the powder in another pot, add fresh milk and salad oil. Then pour in the eggs and sugar. Steam for 40-50 minutes on high heat. Cool down and set aside. The picture above is the stuffing to be wrapped after being steamed.

Wake up for a while, about 5 minutes.
