Cute Bear Omelet Rice

Pleurotus eryngii, homemade sausage, onion, tomato, peeled and cut into small pieces, sweet corn peas for later use;
Put a proper amount of oil in a pot to heat up, add onions and stir fragrant;
Stir-fry the diced sausage and oyster mushroom diced;

Stir-fry until the sausage becomes transparent and the pleurotus eryngii becomes soft;
Pour in sweet corn peas and chopped tomatoes;
Stir-fry until all the chopped tomatoes are melted, add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly;
Reserve a small half bowl of rice to make the bear's head, and pour the rest into the pot and stir fry;

Continue to stir fry, season with salt and chicken powder, serve and set aside;
Add the sushi soy sauce to the rice reserved in advance, mix well, and heat it in the microwave to help form a dough;

Take 2/3 of the rice and use plastic wrap to form a ball, and make the rest into bear ears and arms;
Use a suitable mold to carve out the bear’s eyes and mouth and the flowers on the quilt, and use seaweed to cut out suitable shapes for the eyes and mouth (forgot to take pictures);
Break up the soil eggs;

Spread a thin layer of oil on a non-stick pan and heat to 70% heat;
Pour 2/3 of the egg liquid, rotate the pot, and evenly spread the hot egg liquid on the bottom of the pot;
After the egg liquid has solidified, turn it over and fill it out in a few seconds. The bear's quilt is ready;

The remaining egg liquid is also made into an omelet, and a spoonful of fried rice is wrapped in it to make a bear’s pillow;
Put the prepared bear head and arms in the corresponding positions, cover with a quilt, and decorate with cheese flowers and broccoli tomatoes.
Tips:
If the ears are not fixed well, you can use a small toothpick to fix them, and remember to remove them when eating.
