Cute Cat Curry Seafood Rice
1.
After the rice is cooked, put it out and let it cool.
2.
The potatoes are washed and peeled, then cut into cubes. Asparagus only needs to be topped and the seafood is washed and set aside. You can choose your favorite seafood. I use mussels, shrimps, flower sticks and clams.
3.
Pour the curry seasonings into the rice cooker. I used Malaysian curry. The weight is 3 tablespoons; if you use Japanese curry, 1 piece is enough.
4.
Put the potatoes in the rice cooker.
5.
Put in water.
6.
Turn on the power of the rice cooker and select the program of [Stew] to close the lid.
7.
You can start making panda rice balls while cooking the curry. First, wash your hands and prepare a bowl of warm water and a clean plate.
8.
When the rice is still warm, put some warm water on the hand, take a little rice and place it in the palm of your hand, and squeeze it into the size of a sushi rice ball.
9.
You can pinch a few rice balls, it's a bit smaller, I pinched 9 rice balls one by one.
10.
Use 1 piece of seaweed to cut into thin strips with scissors, but not very thin, this is the black color behind the panda.
11.
Then use scissors to cut out the panda's eyes and cut them into a little oval shape; then continue to cut out the panda's mouth circle.
12.
The cut seaweed is glued with a little water and then pasted on the kneaded rice ball.
13.
After the curry potatoes are boiled for 30 minutes, add seafood and boil for 15 minutes.
14.
The cooked seafood curry is taken out of the rice cooker.
15.
The panda rice balls are all ready, now boil the asparagus in boiling water. Then prepare 1/4 of the rice on the plate and spread it out,
16.
Put the cooked asparagus straight into the rice; pour the curry seafood and put the panda rice ball on the plate.
