Cute Crab Buns

Put pumpkin puree in the flour and stir well with chopsticks.

Add water and yeast powder and knead into a smooth dough.

Ferment to double the size.

Take out the fermented dough, knead it, and cut it into small doses.

Take a small dose and round it.

Roll into a beef tongue shape.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip.

Put the strips on the noodles with beef tongue.

Rub four long strips on the dough.

Fold the top one over.

Put red beans on the eyes.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 18 minutes.

Tips:
1. The pumpkin can be sieved, so it is more delicate.
2. After steaming, turn off the heat and stop for two or three minutes before taking out.
