Tips:
1. There is no bread machine to knead by hand, and no steamer to steam with a steamer.
2. The shape of the mantou noodles must be hard and good. If it is too soft, it will be deformed and unsightly. If you want to eat it, you can wrap the mantou with red bean paste or custard filling.
