The ink sac of the squid is a precious medicinal material.
After being processed, the ink can not only be used in industrial production,
It can also be made into hemostatic drugs to treat functional bleeding.
Japan found that squid ink contains anti-cancer ingredients,
Squid ink contains a kind of mucopolysaccharide, which is used to make bread and toast. This time I use it to make noodles, which are as chewy and delicious;

Ingredients

Cuttlefish Noodles

1. Use a small piece of ink in the ink sac;

2. Dissolve it with water and rub it with your hands;

3. Add 2 grams of salt;

4. Put in a small pinch of soda noodles;

5. Put in all-purpose flour;

6. Live into a dough, knead it vigorously into a smooth dough, and let it stand for 30 minutes;

7. Roll out the dough after proofing into a dough;

8. Sprinkle flour to prevent sticking, fold in half and then in half;

9. Cut into 0.5cm wide and narrow noodles;

10. Put water in the pot and a teaspoon of salt; the amount of salt is outside the formula;

11. Add the noodles after the water is boiled;

12. After boiling again, cook for a while and remove;

13. Pour the mushroom soup and start eating;

Tips:

Add some salt and alkaline noodles when mixing the noodles to increase the gluten of the flour. Don't cook the noodles for too long while mixing the noodles by hand. The noodles are not resistant to cooking by hand;
