Dad's Taste: Lentil Braised Noodles
1.
Wash the beans, remove the head and tail, and break them into inch pieces
2.
Cut the pork belly into slices and marinate for 10 minutes with minced ginger and cooking wine.
3.
Put the washed beans in a container, wrap them in plastic wrap, and heat them in a microwave oven on high heat for 15 minutes.
4.
Pour the marinated pork belly in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until the meat changes color.
5.
Pour in the beans steamed in the microwave in advance, and pour in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salt. Then pour in clean water until the water level is just where the dish is.
6.
Then put the noodles on top of the beans, turn to medium-low heat and heat until the water-dried noodles are cooked, about 10 minutes. Use a spatula to stir the noodles and vegetables out of the pot.
Tips:
There are many types of snap beans. I prefer this variety of Bean King, which is very tender and delicious.
Heating in a microwave oven in advance replaces the step of boiling the beans in a pot. I feel that the method of heating in a microwave oven is particularly suitable for office workers. In this way, the speed of eating the fragrant lentil braised noodles is a lot faster~~
