During special periods, I can only cook at home every day, and I have to bring meals to work, so I can share the meals I cook at home every day.

Braised Pork with Beans and Potatoes

1. Sliced pork belly

2. Beans break into pieces

3. Potato slices on hob

4. Prepare condiments such as green onion, ginger, garlic and so on.

5. Prepare light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine for later use.

6. Stir-fry pork belly until slightly charred

7. Add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, bay leaves, etc.

8. Stir-fried bean curd with green sauce

9. Add potatoes, stir-fry evenly, add soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, etc.

10. Stir fry until it is fragrant, add water, surpass the ingredients, and simmer for 20 minutes.

11. Add monosodium glutamate and drain the soup.

Tips:

It's a simple homemade dish, similar to the way of braised pork, but not fried in sugar.
Colleagues said it was very fragrant and delicious.
